Timekeeper Distillery Keeps Wausau Spirited

We’re thrilled to add the Timekeeper Distillery to our list of local businesses to support. They opened in October of 2018 in the newly restored 117-year old Grant Train Depot. The distillery makes all of its spirits in house, including gin, vodka, bourbon, and rye whisky.  Spirit production is overseen by Dan Weber, co-owner and former brewer for the Great Dane Pub. Once you step inside the restored train depot, it’s like stepping back in time to a speakeasy; but of course one with a modern flare fit for Visit the timekeeper Distillery in Wausauthe times. Their cocktails have so far proven delicious, and they also serve a variety of light meals to keep customers satisfied, such as meat and cheese boards, flatbreads, and soups.

Timekeeper Distillery is currently open Monday – Friday, from 4:00 P.M. – 11:00 P.M, Saturdays 11:00 A.M. – 11:00 P.M., and Sundays 11:00 A.M. – 9:00 P.M.
